I love your herb garden in the planter. I think I need to have one of these! I dont have much sun on my deck…or anywhere really. Do you think it will work?

    • I put my herbs in planters (those are 2 of 4) because I was too lazy to walk all the way down to my garden to cut a few pieces for cooking. Now they are just outside my kitchen window so I have no excuse :0)

There are a few herbs that grow well in the shade; lemon balm, any type of mint, chives, parsley, tarragon and thyme would all work. The good thing about planters is you can move them into some sun if they are looking a little sad! Also, I divide my planters by perennials and annuals so they are easier to clean up in the winter! Hope this helps… post pics if you end up doing it!!

  5. I love lilacs!

    And adorable babies, of course.

    =)

  6. Everything looks so beautiful and ready for warm weather.

  7. These photos are amazing! I love your little guy’s hat too!
